User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your AdsSarthi account and request deletion of all personal data we hold about you — including any data received from Facebook Login, Meta Business, or Meta Ads integrations.
Request deletion in 3 ways
1. In-app (fastest, 7-day grace period): Sign in → Account Privacy page → click "Delete my account".
2. By email: Send "Account Deletion Request" to dpo@adssarthi.com from your registered email address. We respond within 72 hours.
3. Revoke from Facebook: Visit Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find AdsSarthi, click Remove. This revokes our access. Then complete step 1 or 2 to delete your data from our systems.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a deletion request, AdsSarthi permanently removes, after a 7-day grace period:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, preferred language)
- All connected ad account tokens (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart) — access revoked immediately
- Campaign data, recommendations, creatives, audience research, landing pages, invoices
- WhatsApp message history with our agent
- Audit logs containing personal identifiers
- Any data received from Facebook Login — including your Facebook user ID, pages, ad accounts, and business manager data
What Is Retained and Why
Indian tax law (GST Act, Section 36) requires us to retain invoice records for 72 months. After your deletion, we keep only:
- GST invoice records in aggregated, anonymized form (no name, email, or phone — just invoice number, amount, and date)
- We do not retain any personal identifiers linking the anonymized records back to you

- Include: your registered email address and any ad-account identifiers connected to your account
- Response SLA: 72 hours for acknowledgement, 30 days for full resolution

- GDPR (for EU residents, where applicable) — Article 17 (Right to Erasure)
